Wikipedia defines Red Windsor as "a pale cream, English cheddar cheese, made using pasteurised cow's milk marbled with a wine, often a Bordeaux wine or a blend of port wine and brandy."
The question sheet gave "port" as an alternative answer.
Dare I say that all these alternative answers (in the last three questions of this round) could have been avoided by asking the questions the other way round?
